At JBK BBQ, we take pride in our unique style of central Texas barbecue. Our BBQ menu features a selection of smoked meats that are expertly prepared on a traditional offset smoker using oak wood. We source only the highest quality meats and the freshest produce for our delicious sides. As a food truck, our location may vary, but we are currently parked at 224 N. Cortez in downtown Prescott. Join us on Fridays and Saturdays for lunch and dinner to enjoy our mouthwatering offerings.
